What do you sell?

We mostly don't sell shirts but we may not sell anything, we may not sell signs, clocks, neon signs. Heck, we may even not sell sinks. Anything goes

 

How do I read these?

In all seriousness just remove the word not from anything and that's likely what the meaning is
